Please ensure at the point of checkout that your shipping address is correct. We will not be held responsible for packages that are lost due to invalid addresses.

All orders with William Giles are processed within a 1-5 day time frame. All UK orders are sent out with an express service that is fully tracked and insured service using either Royal Mail/DHL/UPS/DPD (1-2 days).

Please note that goods are only shipped Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays. Shipping times begin when you receive the shipping confirmation email.
